Senior Product Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a fast moving, remote first team as a product designer shaping complex fintech and B2B workflows. You will influence system foundations and onboarding journeys, balancing craft with measurable impact in a collaborative environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and maintain a modular design system that powers live implementations and prototypes.
- Design multi-step onboarding flows that adapt to modular customer needs.
- Apply a conversion focused mindset by measuring, testing, and refining user experiences.
- Prototype rapidly and iterate based on customer feedback and data.
- Collaborate closely with front end and back end teams to translate designs into production.
- Help shape design standards and foster a scalable design culture.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4-6+ years of designing complex products or workflows, especially in B2B SaaS, enterprise tools, or fintech domains.
- Strong systems thinking with experience building and maintaining design systems for live and prototyped work.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of measuring and iterating on user journeys and conversions.
- Clear communicator who documents decisions and trade offs for team alignment.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and complex system logic while moving quickly.
- Experience designing for compliance, fintech, or identity workflows and proficiency with design tools for system management.
- Collaborative, cross functional mindset with ability to translate designs into production with engineering teams.
