Senior Enterprise AI Transformation Lead, DACH (Munich)

ABOUT THE ROLE
A senior role leading AI driven transformation initiatives across the DACH region from Munich. You will partner with top executives to scale AI powered change in large enterprises and help build out the regional team as the group expands.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead regional rollout and own outcomes from Munich, partnering with C-suite stakeholders.
- Act as an AI transformation advisor to CEOs, CIOs and Chief Transformation Officers of large enterprises.
- Manage engagements like a consulting project including diagnostics, roadmaps, rollout plans and measurable outcomes.
- Identify high value AI use cases and build initial agents to prove value before scaling across the organization.
- Run workshops, executive briefings and strategy reviews that align with leadership priorities.
- Navigate internal politics to secure champions, remove blockers, and expand impact.
- Collaborate with regional leadership on strategy, key accounts and team growth in the region.
- Represent customer needs to product and engineering and push for practical roadmaps.
- Automate your own workflows by building agents and processes to reduce manual work.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of relevant experience with hands-on AI and enterprise transformation.
- Tier-one consulting background or equivalent transformation experience, or founder/AI native company experience.
- Proven track record leading C-level engagements and large-scale enterprise change programs.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents, model selection, evaluation design and integration architecture.
- Commercial experience with renewals, expansion, and multi-stakeholder revenue motions.
- Native level German and based in Munich or willing to relocate.
- High energy, strong ownership mindset and concise communication.
- Visa: US citizenship/visa not required.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary range: 90,000 EUR to 150,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship not available.
LOCATION
On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. Primary location: Munich.
