Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager (CQCM) with USACE CQM-C Certification to oversee quality control activities on federal and commercial construction projects. The CQCM will be responsible for implementing and managing project-specific quality control programs, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and safety throughout all phases of construction.
The initial assignment for this position will be on a project near Billings, Montana, with future travel required throughout our primary service area, including North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, and surrounding states.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage project Quality Control Plans in accordance with contract requirements.
Serve as the primary quality control representative on federal construction projects.
Conduct preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections to verify compliance with project specifications, plans, and applicable codes.
Maintain all quality control documentation, reports, testing records, and project closeout documentation.
Ensure construction activities adhere to contractual quality standards, applicable regulations, and industry best practices.
Travel to project locations as required.
Qualifications
Construction quality control experience on federal construction projects.
Prior healthcare construction experience.
Current U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management for Contractors (USACE CQM-C) Certification.
Ability for weekly travel to project sites from Montana through the Upper Midwest
