Role Description This is a full-time, on-site MIS Analyst role based in Gurugram. The MIS Analyst will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing operational and HR-related data to support management reporting and decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining and updating MIS reports, creating and enhancing dashboards, tracking key performance indicators, and ensuring data accuracy across systems. The role will also involve working with information systems to streamline reporting processes, performing systems analysis to identify improvements, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver timely reports. The MIS Analyst will be expected to document processes, support audits, and contribute to the development of standardized reporting formats.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS) and Information Systems used for reporting and data management.
Candidates should possess experience in Dashboard creation and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms).
Candidates should possess Systems Analysis skills to evaluate processes and recommend data and reporting improvements.
Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, charts) and familiarity with databases or SQL is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
