We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Client Solutions Representatives. You will work directly with prospective clients to understand their needs and help them find financial protection solutions that fit their goals.
This opportunity is within the life insurance and financial services industry, with access to products from more than 25 industry-leading carriers.
What You’ll Do
Speak with prospective clients who have requested information
Learn about clients’ needs, goals, and financial priorities
Explain available life insurance and living benefit options
Present solutions based on each client’s individual needs
Build and maintain client relationships
Follow up with prospective and existing clients
Assist clients through the application process
Maintain accurate records and follow established compliance requirements

Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one
Compensation:
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with 100% performance-based compensation. There is no base salary or cap on earnings.
Potential earnings for new agents: $85,000–$145,000, based on production.
Additional incentives and bonuses may be available based on production.
Growth Opportunities:
As you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance, additional opportunities may be available in business development, leadership, and sales management.
