Role Description The Business Operations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This team member will oversee day-to-day operational activities, including order processing, inventory coordination, and workflow optimization to ensure timely delivery of curated hampers and merchandising solutions. The role involves supporting vendor and artisan relationships, coordinating with internal design and sales teams, and maintaining accurate documentation of orders, costs, and operational metrics. The specialist will monitor process efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to implementing operational best practices. This position also requires regular communication with clients to clarify requirements, address service issues, and support a smooth end-to-end customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong Business Operations skills, including process coordination and workflow management.
Solid Analytical Skills and Business Analysis abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and improve operational efficiency.
Effective Communication skills for working with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
Customer Service skills to manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and support high-quality service delivery.
Experience in retail, gifting, merchandising, or related sectors is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Proficiency with basic office software and tools for documentation, reporting, and coordination.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
