Remote Leverage is a leading recruiting agency based in Florida, specializing in outsourcing and offshoring talent from Latin America and around the world for U.S.-based businesses. You'll join our team to create high-quality video content for various platforms and marketing purposes.
Responsibilities:
• Transform provided scripts and story ideas into complete video assets.
• Edit talking-head videos into polished, high-performing advertisements.
• Edit both short-form and long-form video content.
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips for social media and paid ads.
• Produce videos using AI platforms and stitch assets into cohesive narratives.
• Independently decide on visuals, pacing, structure, transitions, and hooks.
• Create videos for paid advertisements, landing pages, YouTube, podcasts, social media platforms, and other marketing assets.
• Ensure videos are engaging, clear, polished, and focused on conversion.
• Add captions, subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, music, and visual enhancements where needed.
• Deliver high-quality work consistently and quickly.
• Occasionally write or refine scripts as needed.
Preferred skills & Tools:
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
• Hands-on experience with AI video platforms such as Runway, Pika, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of short-form video storytelling techniques.
• Strong long-form editing ability for YouTube, podcasts, webinars, interviews, or similar formats.
• Experience creating engaging paid ad creatives.
Qualifications:
• +2 years of experience in a Video Editor role or a related role.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
• High level of motivation and persistence.
• Energetic and upbeat.
• Team player.
• Willing to listen to feedback and improve.
