Remote Leverage is a leading recruiting agency based in Florida, specializing in outsourcing and offshoring talent from Latin America and around the world for U.S.-based businesses. You'll join our team to build and scale relationships with B2B companies in the HR and talent ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential partners within HR tech, recruiting firms, and professional services.
• Build partnerships that drive referrals, co-marketing opportunities, and revenue-sharing models.
• Own the full partnership lifecycle, including prospecting, pitching, and closing partnerships.
• Structure agreements with internal and external legal teams and activate partnerships for mutual success.
• Manage and nurture ongoing relationships with partners to maximize value.
• Collaborate with internal teams to effectively position Remote Leverage and support partner success.
• Track and improve partner-driven revenue through strategic initiatives.

• CRM tools such as HubSpot
• Outbound sales techniques

Qualifications:
• +3 years of experience in a Partnerships Manager role or related role.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
