Position Description-
We at Globalease are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support day-to-day human resources operations and contribute to the growth of a fast-paced international organization. This role offers practical exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and workplace management within a professional business environment.
Key Requirements-
Recruitment and Hiring: Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support for new hires.
HRIS Management: Maintain employee records, update HR-related information, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality through the HRIS system.
Internship Program Management: Coordinate intern onboarding processes and provide support throughout the internship cycle.
Employee Documentation: Assist in preparing and maintaining HR documents, including offer letters, contracts, and employee records.
Compliance and Policies: Support HR compliance activities and assist in communicating company policies and procedures.
Employee Engagement: Participate in employee engagement initiatives, events, and workplace culture activities.
HR Reporting: Assist in preparing HR reports and analysing HR-related data for operational support.
Requirements-
Pursuing/completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft/Google Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of HRIS or HR software is a plus.
