The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Product / Delivery Lead to shape and drive our Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. This is a hybrid product and delivery role: you will own solutioning from idea to rollout, coordinate vendors and partners, and keep business and technology stakeholders aligned. This is an individual contributor position, not a people-management role, embedded in the Security organization and supporting multiple engineering and security teams.
What You'll Do
Own product solutioning for IAM capabilities, turning business and security needs into clear requirements, roadmaps and delivery plans
Coordinate vendors and implementation partners, including scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables
Manage stakeholders across Security, Technology and the business, keeping communication clear, timely and customer-centric
Track progress, risks, dependencies and adoption, and report status to leadership
Partner with architects and engineers so solutions are practical, secure and scalable
Keep learning how identity and security practices are evolving, including the impact of AI
What You'll Bring
Experience in product management, technical program management or delivery leadership, ideally in a security or enterprise technology environment
Working familiarity with cybersecurity at a functional level (not deeply technical) and fluency in IAM terms such as SSO, MFA, PAM and identity lifecycle management
Experience coordinating with vendors or third-party partners
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
A customer-centric, curious mindset and a genuine willingness to learn
Comfort with Agile delivery and working across multiple teams
Nice to Have
Background in media, entertainment or streaming
Experience with IAM platforms or programs (workforce identity, access governance, zero trust)
Exposure to security frameworks or compliance requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
Engagement Details
Contract role
Fully remote within the United States; Security Organization
Target start: Q4 2026
Pay Rate: $65-$70/hour
Interview Process
A one-hour technical interview with the two team leads.
