Freelance Project Manager (CGI/VFX Production Experience)
Leading Digital Creative Agency in is looking for a freelance Project Manager to join on a freelance basis.
What you'll do:
Manage projects across clients that encompass CGI and VFX production timelines from kickoff through final delivery
Coordinate between creative, production, and external vendor teams to keep projects on track and on budget
Own day-to-day project logistics: scheduling, status updates, asset tracking, and revision rounds
Partner with creative leads to anticipate bottlenecks and solve problems before they become delays
Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients on progress, risks, and next steps
What we're looking for:
Proven Project Management experience managing CGI/VFX projects, ideally within an agency or production studio environment
Strong understanding of the CGI/VFX pipeline and the tools and vendors involved
Excellent organizational skills and comfort managing multiple concurrent projects
A calm, solutions-oriented approach under tight deadlines
Freelance availability, with flexibility around project needs
**Availability to work Eastern Standard Hours**
