IVA Case assesor

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced International Voice Process Executive with prior IVA (Individual Voluntary Arrangement) experience. The ideal candidate must have excellent spoken English skills and hands-on experience handling international customers in a voice-based process.Key Responsibilities:Handle outbound/inbound international calls professionally.
Assist customers with IVA-related queries and guide them through the process.
Explain financial solutions clearly and confidently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance.
Requirements:Minimum 1 year of IVA experience (mandatory).
Experience in International Voice Process (UK/US preferred).
Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience.
Preferred Skills:Good listening skills and objection handling.
Sales or lead conversion experience.
Immediate joiners preferred.
