Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Analog Design Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, simulating, and validating high-performance analog circuits for semiconductor products.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits from specification to silicon.
Work on circuit blocks such as Op-Amps, Bandgaps, LDOs, ADCs/DACs, PLLs, comparators, references, current/voltage sources, and amplifiers.
Perform schematic design, circuit simulation, analysis, and optimization.
Conduct PVT, Monte Carlo, corner, mismatch, and statistical simulations.
Work closely with Layout, Physical Design, Verification, and Silicon Validation teams.
Review layouts and provide guidance for analog layout, matching, shielding, parasitic reduction, and reliability.
Debug silicon issues and support bring-up, characterization, and validation.
Perform design trade-offs involving power, performance, area, noise, linearity, and reliability.
Prepare design specifications, simulation reports, and technical documentation.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on analog design projects.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design.
Strong fundamentals in analog circuit design and semiconductor devices.
Hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE, or equivalent EDA tools.
Strong knowledge of CMOS technology and analog circuit architectures.
Experience with PVT, Monte Carlo, corner, mismatch, noise, and transient simulations.
Experience with analog layout concepts and post-layout simulations.
Understanding of low-power, high-speed, and high-precision analog design techniques.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Experience working through the complete design-to-silicon cycle is preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience with FinFET / advanced CMOS nodes.
Experience in automotive, consumer, networking, mobile, or high-performance semiconductor products.
Knowledge of mixed-signal verification and silicon characterization.
Familiarity with AMS simulation and verification methodologies.
Experience leading or mentoring an analog design team.
