UiPath Agentic Automation Lead/ Architect
Location: Pune SEZ / Hyderabad SEZ / Bhubaneswar STPI / Bangalore
Work Model: Hybrid – 10 days/month from ODC as per current hybrid policy
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced UiPath Agentic Automation Architect to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale Agentic Automation and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with UiPath, AI agents, workflow orchestration, Python, and AWS AI services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise UiPath Agentic Automation solutions.
Design and implement workflow orchestration using UiPath Maestro and BPMN.
Develop UiPath Coded Apps and intuitive user-facing interfaces.
Build AI-powered automation solutions using Python, APIs, and modern AI technologies.
Design and orchestrate AI agents using LangChain and LangGraph.
Build and integrate AI agents using AWS Bedrock and foundation models.
Integrate AI agents with UiPath Robots, APIs, enterprise applications, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
Define scalable and reusable architecture patterns for enterprise automation.
Provide technical leadership across solution design, development, integration, and deployment.
Collaborate with business, technology, and automation teams to translate requirements into scalable AI automation solutions.
Ensure solutions follow enterprise security, scalability, reliability, and integration standards.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with UiPath and enterprise RPA/automation.
Experience with UiPath Maestro.
Strong understanding of BPMN-based workflow orchestration.
Experience developing UiPath Coded Apps.
Strong Python programming skills.
Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
Hands-on experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph.
Experience building AI Agents / Agentic AI solutions.
Experience with AWS Bedrock and foundation models.
Experience integrating AI agents with UiPath Robots and enterprise APIs.
Understanding of Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflow design.
Strong enterprise solution architecture and technical leadership skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience delivering large-scale Agentic Automation programs.
Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI orchestration frameworks.
Experience designing reusable AI/RPA architecture patterns.
Experience working with cloud-based AI services, preferably AWS.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Work Location
Candidates should be available to work from one of the following ODC locations:
Pune SEZ
Hyderabad SEZ
Bhubaneswar STPI
Bangalore
Hybrid Requirement: Minimum 10 days per month from the ODC, based on the current hybrid work policy.
