Hirably is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll & Billing Assistant to support the payroll and
accounts receivable team of a US home care agency in New York. You keep the payroll and
billing inboxes moving, make updates in the agency's system, help prepare billing, and enter
payments accurately. Good fit for someone organized who likes working with numbers and
wants a fixed three-day schedule.
What you'll do
● Monitor the payroll and billing inboxes; reply to or route each request.
● Make updates in AlayaCare: rate changes, sick-time adjustments, new client profiles.
● Help prepare manual billing on Tuesdays.
● Enter payments accurately and on time.
● Flag discrepancies to the AR & Payroll Lead instead of guessing.
● Keep a clean record of what was done and what was sent.
What you bring
● 1+ year in billing, payroll or administrative support. Home care, medical billing or staffing
agencies are a plus.
● Comfortable in spreadsheets and data-entry systems; AlayaCare or similar is a plus, not
required.
● Written English good enough to answer an inbox on your own; spoken English for calls
with your Lead.
● Accurate, reliable, self-directed. You handle confidential financial data with care.
● Available three fixed days a week on US Eastern hours.

● MX$18,000 per month, as an independent contractor.
