What You’ll Do:
Assist providers during exams and minor in-office procedures
Prepare patients and exam rooms with professionalism and compassion
Document vital signs and medical history in EMR
Educate patients and provide clear post-procedure instructions
Maintain sterile environments and manage instrument care
Coordinate lab work, follow-ups, and referrals with accuracy and care

Novasure Endometrial Ablation
LEEP (Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure)
Hysteroscopy
IUD Insertion and Removal
Endometrial Biopsy
Pelvic and Breast Exams
Evaluation of Irregular Bleeding, Pelvic Pain, and More
What We’re Looking For:
High School diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
1+ years of experience in OB/GYN or Women’s Health (preferred)
Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, NCMA, etc.)
Current BLS certification (preferred)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A calm, compassionate demeanor when working with sensitive issues
Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced setting
Team player who thrives in a supportive, high-functioning care team
