Position: Tender & Project Appraisal Executive
Experience: 2 Years & Above
Location: New Delhi
Salary: ₹5–7 LPA
Educational Qualification
Graduation in Finance / Commerce / Economics.
Relevant experience in tendering, project appraisal, financial analysis, research, or related activities will be preferred.
Job Overview
The candidate will be responsible for supporting tender and bid-related activities, preparation of project appraisal and monitoring reports, industry and sectoral research, and providing analytical and documentation support for various projects and assignments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Bid Preparation & Tender Management
Prepare and submit bids through various tender portals, including the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal.
Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical requirements and commercial terms.
Coordinate preparation of technical and financial bid documents.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of bids as per tender requirements.
Maintain records of bids, supporting documents and tender-related correspondence.
2. Appraisal & Monitoring Reports
Assist in preparation of Project Appraisal Reports, Monitoring Reports, Approval Notes and other project-related documents.
Collect, compile and analyse relevant financial, operational and project information.
Review project proposals, financial data and supporting documents.
Assist in preparing analytical summaries and notes for internal review and approval.
3. Industry & Sectoral Research
Conduct research on industries, sectors, companies and market developments.
Analyse industry trends, sector performance and relevant business developments.
Prepare research notes, sector reports and analytical summaries.
Collect and validate information from reliable sources.
4. Site Visits & Project Monitoring
Undertake site visits, wherever required, for project assessment and monitoring.
Collect and verify project-related information during site visits.
Prepare site visit reports highlighting key observations and findings.
Coordinate with project stakeholders for required information and documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong understanding of Finance, Commerce or Economics.
Experience in tender/bid preparation and submission, particularly through GeM.
Good analytical, research and documentation skills.
Ability to prepare professional reports, notes and presentations.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to undertake site visits as required.
Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
