IFCI Venture Capital Funds Ltd. (IFCI Venture) is a NBFC and it is a subsidiary of IFCI Ltd (a Government of India undertaking). It is also an Asset Management Company and is presently managing Government of India Private Equity/ Venture Capital funds. The funds are governed as per SEBI AIF regulations, 2012 and as per guidelines of Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.
IFCI Venture is the country’s pioneer institution nurturing the startups and growth-oriented businesses in India since past four decades.
Required Qualification for the vacant position
CA/ MBA having prior experience of working in Credit appraisal, Project Financing, Private Equity/ Venture Capital, Due Diligence (Financial analysis, Financial Projections, Ratio Analysis), Industry analysis, report writing, preparation of information memorandum etc.
Required Skill Set
(In case of IT requirements)
The candidate should possess basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office (word, excel and power-point etc), good presentation skills, report drafting skills etc.

Job Description / Responsibilities
The responsibilities will include:
Appraisal of proposals for funding under various funds including financial analysis modelling, projections etc.
Presentation to the sanctioning committees, site visits.
Pre and post sanction monitoring etc., coordination with Legal, Secretarial, Fin. & Acts. and Monitoring team, for documentation, disbursements and other related work.

Compensation range
Rs.50,000 – Rs.60,000 p.m. (Negotiable)
