Role Description The Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves advising customers on destinations, routes, accommodation, and activities to design personalized travel itineraries. The Travel Consultant will manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, and experiences, while ensuring accuracy and adherence to customer preferences and budget. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and professional customer service, and resolving issues or changes in reservations. The role also includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, partner offerings, and policies, as well as collaborating with internal teams to improve packages and enhance overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design and oversee comprehensive itineraries.
Candidates should possess practical experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to handle bookings and coordinate logistics.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, manage expectations, and resolve concerns.
Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities for working with diverse travelers and partners.
Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple itineraries and deadlines.
Candidates should possess proficiency with travel booking tools, CRM systems, and basic office software; prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred.
Relevant education in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field is beneficial; fluency in English and additional languages is an advantage.
