Copywriting Intern

At Pickyourtrail, you’ll work on real communication across CRM, internal communications, LinkedIn, and our culture page - Lifeatpyt.
What you’ll work on:
CRM & Customer Communication
Write copy for WhatsApp and app-push communication.
Work on offers, reminders, nudges, reactivations, and other customer communication.
Adapt messaging for different audiences, customer intent, and context.
Internal Communications & LinkedIn
Support communication across LinkedIn and internal channels like Slack, particularly around:
Launches: Communicate new features, products, initiatives, and other things we launch at Pickyourtrail.
Customer Success Stories: Turn real customer experiences into engaging stories that showcase the impact of what we do.
Hiring: Work with HR to create interesting hiring communication that makes the right candidates want to apply.
You’ll help take these stories from a brief or idea to the final communication — including finding the right angle, writing the copy, and working with the relevant teams to get it live.
Lifeatpyt - Instagram Culture Page
Help create content for Lifeatpyt, our Instagram culture page.
Come up with ideas for fun office reels, employee moments, trends, celebrations, and culture-led content.
Write captions, hooks, and scripts for social content.
Spot interesting moments from everyday office life and turn them into engaging content.
And beyond that...
Support the broader marketing and copywriting team with additional communication requirements as needed.
Work on hooks, headlines, captions, scripts, and other copy across different formats.
Pick up new briefs, explore different creative routes, and learn along the way.
What we’re looking for:
You genuinely enjoy writing and care about getting the words right.
You can take a simple thought and find an interesting way to say it.
You have a strong command of English and an eye for grammar and detail.
You’re curious about brands, social media, culture, people, and consumer behaviour.
You don’t stop at the first idea - you like exploring different routes.
You can tell when something sounds generic, forced, or predictable.
You’re comfortable taking feedback, rewriting, and making your work sharper.
You can manage multiple briefs and deadlines without compromising on quality.
Most importantly, you’re curious, proactive, and willing to learn.
Good to have:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience in copywriting, content, social media, or marketing.
Experience writing for a college publication, social media page, blog, newsletter, or personal project.
Familiarity with LinkedIn or Instagram and an understanding of what makes content engaging.
