DevOps Tech Lead

Role Description The DevOps Tech Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code, and ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable environments for development and production. The DevOps Tech Lead will collaborate closely with software engineering teams to automate builds, deployments, and testing, and will oversee system administration tasks on Linux-based systems. Daily activities include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, optimizing cloud and on-premise resources, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to best practices and standards for DevOps across the organization.
Qualifications
Strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) skills, with experience in tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
Solid Software Development background in at least one modern programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Go, Java, Bash).
Hands-on expertise with Continuous Integration and delivery tools and workflows (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
Proficient System Administration skills, including server configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Deep experience with Linux environments, including shell scripting, package management, and security hardening.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architectures.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related networking, security, and cost optimization practices.
Ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
