Role Description The Freelance Consultant role is a full-time, remote position focused on advising clients on business operations, financial strategies, and growth initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client needs, analyzing current processes, and designing tailored improvement plans across staffing, workflow, and financial management. The consultant will prepare and present recommendations, create clear documentation and action plans, and support clients during implementation. This role also involves regular virtual meetings, performance tracking, reporting on outcomes, and collaborating with internal and client stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical, sustainable, and aligned with each client’s objectives.
Qualifications
Strong consulting skills, including needs assessment, problem-solving, and solution design.
Experience in business operations, workflow optimization, and process improvement.
Knowledge of financial strategy, budgeting, and growth planning.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple client engagements.
