Role Description The Creative Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This role involves developing visual concepts and designs for branding, marketing materials, presentations, and digital assets. The Creative Associate will collaborate with internal teams to translate business objectives into clear, engaging visual communication and support the creation of brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating graphic designs, refining visual content, participating in brainstorming sessions, and maintaining consistency across all brand touchpoints. The role also requires effective communication with stakeholders to gather requirements, present ideas, and incorporate feedback.
Qualifications
Strong visual design and branding skills, including Graphic Design and Branding.
Demonstrated Creativity Skills with the ability to develop original concepts and Graphics.
Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting creative work.
Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Relevant education in design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in a creative, marketing, or design-focused role is an advantage.
