Role Description
The Site Interior Fit-Out Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing interior fit-out works from planning through completion for KH LAND CO., LTD projects. This role includes coordinating design intent with architects and engineers, preparing work schedules, and managing contractors and suppliers to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery of interior works. The manager supervises site activities remotely, reviews drawings and specifications, approves materials and finishes, and ensures compliance with company standards and local regulations. Daily tasks include monitoring progress reports, resolving technical issues, controlling budgets and variations, and communicating clearly with internal teams and stakeholders. The role also involves implementing quality assurance measures, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous improvement in fit-out processes and client experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in interior fit-out project management, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of contractors and suppliers.
Candidates should possess skills in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Candidates should possess skills in quality control, site inspection (remote coordination), and adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Candidates should possess skills in budget management, cost control, and handling project variations and procurement of materials.
Candidates should possess skills in communication, stakeholder management, and digital collaboration tools for remote site oversight.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in interior fit-out for residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments is highly beneficial.
