Our institutional connectivity team designs and operates the infrastructure linking institutional clients — custodians, banks, external exchanges, and TradFi partners — to our trading, settlement, and custody capabilities.

Institutional clients don't just need access to markets — they need settlement, custody, and connectivity that work the way their own risk and operations teams expect. This role sits at the point where client need, partner constraint, and internal capability all meet, turning that friction into clear requirements and closed issues. What you resolve and what you flag shapes what gets built next.
What You'll Do
Act as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, custodians, banks, and TradFi partners, communicating in English and Chinese on asset structures, custody setup, settlement, and risk requirements.
Break down product mechanics, fund flows, and risk requirements into terms both clients and internal teams can act on, across spot, perpetuals, margin, settlement, and custody.
Turn client feedback and live operational issues into structured requirements — sorting urgent incidents from configuration gaps, partner-side problems, and genuine product opportunities — and push each to resolution with product, engineering, risk, compliance, legal, and operations.
Run day-to-day operational coordination across time zones (asset sync, trading limits, margin calls, settlement, reconciliation), keeping clients informed until every issue is closed and confirmed.
What You'll Bring
Non-negotiables
Working bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese — able to write client materials, run meetings, and coordinate issue resolution with overseas clients and partners independently.
Solid grounding in institutional crypto/TradFi mechanics: spot trading, perpetual futures, margin, settlement, custody, fund transfers, and risk management.
Demonstrated ability to take an ambiguous client complaint or operational incident and turn it into clear context, root cause, and next steps — then drive it through multiple internal teams to closure.
Comfortable operating in UTC+8 while staying responsive to clients and partners in other time zones.
Bonus
Prior exposure to institutional custodians or exchanges in the digital asset space.
Background serving overseas institutional clients, trading desks, market makers, funds, or high-net-worth clients, or additional language skills beyond English and Chinese.
