The Opportunity
We're hiring SEO Support for a large-scale health media and content platform — building reporting on content and AEO performance, applying structured data, and monitoring technical health, with room to grow into the answer-engine measurement side of the discipline.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
Reporting: Create reports and slides using performance data to share both internally and externally.
Prompt Set Generation: Generate prompt sets for measurement by performing keyword research and intent matching.
Source Research: Use tools (e.g. Profound, SEMrush) to surface trusted sources for briefs, and structure outputs for clear entities and citation-friendly formatting.
Structured Data: Recommend and provide structured data (Article, FAQ, Product where relevant; LocalBusiness when applicable), validate in staging/production, and monitor in Google Search Console.
Technical Monitoring: Monitor crawl/indexation (GSC), robots/sitemaps, canonicals/redirects, pagination, and Core Web Vitals.
AI Overview Tracking: Track AI Overviews and SERP shifts, and propose small, high-impact experiments with clear effort and success metrics.
What You Bring
SEO Experience: 2+ years hands-on SEO (agency or in-house) with shipped results — qualified traffic, conversions, and LLM visibility.
LLM Familiarity: Familiarity with Cursor, Claude, or another similar LLM.
GEO/AEO Curiosity: Interest in the new GEO/AEO paradigms and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Tool Proficiency: Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, a major SEO suite (e.g. SEMrush), a crawler (Screaming Frog or similar), an LLM-visibility tool (e.g. Profound), and PageSpeed Insights.
Technical SEO Understanding: Understanding of clusters, information architecture, internal linking, and SERP feature optimization (FAQs, snippets, video/image where relevant).
Communication: Inclusive, collaborative communicator — flexible and able to work across functions and with external partners.
AI Overview Awareness: Experience with AI Overviews dynamics, content-freshness systems, and agentic search behavior trends.
Environment Fit: Background in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Bonus Points if:
You have local SEO fundamentals — citations, reviews, geo-page content patterns, and UTM reporting.
You're familiar with creating agentic workflows.
