Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Test Engineer. The Test Engineer will design, develop, and maintain test cases and test plans for new and existing features, ensuring coverage of functional and regression scenarios. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing tests, documenting results, identifying and tracking defects, and collaborating closely with developers and product stakeholders to clarify requirements and improve quality. The role also involves contributing to testing best practices, refining test processes, and using appropriate tools to support functional testing and overall product reliability.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Test Engineering and Testing, with experience in structured quality assurance processes.
Candidates should possess skills in Test Execution and working with Test Cases, including designing, organizing, and maintaining test artifacts.
Candidates should possess experience in Functional Testing, covering end-to-end user workflows and system behavior.
Experience with test management tools, bug tracking systems, and basic test documentation practices.
Ability to analyze requirements, identify edge cases, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience with software development lifecycles; familiarity with agile methodologies is beneficial.
Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in software testing, computer science, or a related field.
