Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and policy implementation for the on-site Noida office. This full-time role involves partnering with leadership to define staffing needs, managing hiring workflows, and maintaining accurate HR records and documentation. The person in this role will handle employee relations, address workplace concerns, and support a positive, inclusive culture aligned with organizational values. Daily responsibilities include administering compensation and benefits processes, coordinating training and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The Human Resources Manager will also implement HR best practices, contribute to organizational development, and support change management as the company grows.

Proven experience in an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role, preferably in a technical or service-oriented industry.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
