Technical Project Manager (Agile, Scrum) III

Step into a hands-on Technical Project Manager III role supporting a large, cross-functional HR initiative. You’ll manage the day-to-day execution across multiple workstreams, keeping project plans, timelines, action items, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication organized and moving forward.
This role is ideal for a proactive project manager who enjoys getting into the details and making things happen. Rather than focusing solely on high-level strategy, you’ll drive follow-ups, coordinate teams, remove roadblocks, and make sure commitments turn into results. You’ll work with a variety of stakeholders in a collaborative virtual environment where strong communication, organization, and follow-through are essential.
Required Skills & Experience
7–10 years of project management experience in Agile environments
Hands-on experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
Strong experience managing project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and workstreams
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Experience with Scrum practices and Agile delivery
Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and drive open items to completion
Excellent organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience supporting HR, HR transformation, or enterprise business initiatives
Scrum Master experience or Agile coaching background
Experience working in a large, matrixed organization
Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project management tools
Experience coordinating software engineering, deployment, or technical delivery teams
What You Will Be Doing
Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules
Coordinate meetings, agendas, documentation, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication
Track project KPIs, resources, delivery progress, action items, risks, and dependencies
Work with project leads, business partners, and technical teams to keep work aligned
Identify delivery risks and help drive mitigation plans and solutions
Coordinate across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
Support Agile and Scrum practices, including team ceremonies and delivery planning
Ensure requirements and design considerations are reflected in deployment and delivery plans
Provide clear updates on project progress, priorities, risks, and next steps
