Senior Associate, IT

This role is responsible for managing and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure, including Windows-based systems, user devices, and core applications to ensure secure, reliable operations. Day-to-day activities include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, coordinating upgrades and patches, and maintaining data security in alignment with ISO and information security standards. The Senior Associate, IT will assist with cloud computing initiatives, user account management, backup and recovery processes, and documentation of IT procedures. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing user support and training, and contributing to continuous improvement of IT policies and systems.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Information Technology skills, including system administration, networking fundamentals, and familiarity with IT security practices.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders, documenting processes, and providing clear user support.
Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Windows environments, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and servers.
Candidates should possess working knowledge of Cloud Computing platforms and services, such as user management, basic configuration, and integration with on-premises systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in a regulated or healthcare, pharmaceutical, or clinical research environment is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
