Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to serve as the Chief Executive
Officer for a reputed Hospital in Uppal, Hyderabad. The successful candidate will provide
overall vision and operational leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality
healthcare services, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
 Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for all hospital departments
and clinical services.
 Drive hospital performance, ensuring optimal service delivery, patient
satisfaction, and quality of care.
 Manage the hospital's financial health, including budget planning, cost
optimization, and revenue growth.
 Lead and mentor the senior management team to foster a high-performance,
patient-centric culture.
 Oversee compliance with all healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and
legal requirements.
 Maintain strong relationships with medical staff, board members, and external
stakeholders.
 Report directly to the Director of the hospital on strategic initiatives, performance
metrics, and key operational decisions.
Required Qualifications
 10-15+ years of robust experience in the hospital industry, with a track record of
executive leadership.
 Educational background: Graduate/Postgraduate degree.
 Proven capability in managing multi-specialty hospital operations.
