About the Role
Broad spectrum exposure, preferably having some business leadership experience
Responsibilities
Support CXO with external networking
Support CXO in key decision of the organization and adding strategic value to it
Act as the extension of the CXO across HODs and business teams.
Translate CXO priorities into clear actions, owners and timelines and drive closure.
Support acquisitions, due diligence, negotiations and post acquisition integration.
Coordinate annual planning, budgeting, business reviews and strategic planning.
Track critical projects, risks, decisions and commitments and provide regular CXO updates.
Maintain high confidentiality and handle sensitive strategic and business information.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve business performance and create value.
Understands elements(line item) of Balance Sheet and P & L
Qualifications
8 to 15 Years of experience in manufacturing companies in strategic role
IT & MBA / PGDM from a premier institute (IIM / XLRI)
