We are looking for a People Operations Intern to support our day-to-day HR operations and workplace services. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a smooth employee experience.
You will work closely with the People Experience team and gain hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, benefits administration, and workplace management.
Requirements
What You Will Do
Assist in data entry and validation
Support monthly closing activities
Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the finance team
Assist in preparing audit schedules
Assist in preparation of tax reporting data
Perform account payable
What We Are Looking For
Final year student or Fresh graduate in Accounting or Finance
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formula, Sum, IF, Vlookup)
Strong attention to detail and good level of accuracy
Able to work with large volumes of data
Willing to learn and able to work under tight deadlines, especially during audit and tax reporting periods and perform basic reconciliation
