Role Description The Electronics Firmware Engineer will design, develop, and maintain embedded software for electronic systems and products. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing and optimizing firmware code, integrating software with hardware components, and performing debugging and troubleshooting on embedded systems. The role involves close collaboration with hardware, R&D, and manufacturing teams to ensure reliable system performance, support testing and validation, and contribute to documentation and design reviews. The Electronics Firmware Engineer will also help improve development workflows, participate in prototype bring-up, and support product iterations based on test results and client feedback. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram.
Budget for the role: 25-35k per month as per the experience and performance.

Qualifications
Upto 3 years of experience in Embedded Development.
Strong proficiency in Embedded Software and Software Development for microcontroller-based systems.
Solid foundation in Electrical Engineering, including circuit interpretation and hardware–software integration.
Experience with ARM Architecture and related toolchains, IDEs, and low-level programming.
Demonstrated ability in Debugging embedded systems, using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and software debuggers.
Knowledge of C/C++ for embedded applications and familiarity with RTOS or bare-metal development.
Ability to read schematics, collaborate with hardware engineers, and support PCB bring-up and testing.
Good understanding of communication protocols (e.g., UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet) and hardware interfaces.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams on-site.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in AI-enabled or smart electronics, IoT devices, or advanced semiconductor products is a plus.
