Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for fleet and logistics optimization initiatives, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include managing timelines and deliverables, tracking project progress, and resolving issues that may impact scope, quality, or budget. The role involves closely collaborating with operations, logistics, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met and solutions are implemented effectively. The Project Manager will also be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators, preparing status reports, and driving continuous improvement across project workflows.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Candidates should possess skills in Expediting and Expeditor activities, such as follow-ups, coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
Candidates should possess skills in Inspection and quality checks to verify compliance with project standards and operational requirements.
Candidates should possess skills in Logistics Management, including coordination of fleet operations, route planning, and process optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Experience managing technology or logistics projects; exposure to AI-driven or SaaS platforms is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are a plus.
