Job Description
You will bridge the gap between professional plan review and AI technology, making artificial intelligence work inside building departments. You’ll own customer success, run end-to-end deployments, and author the review logic that powers Ichi’s software. This is a high-impact role shaping how the construction industry adopts cutting-edge technology to solve critical housing and infrastructure delays.

What You Will Do
Own the entire customer lifecycle for jurisdictions and plan review firms, driving adoption, successful outcomes, and long-term account expansion.
Author and tune the modular AI logic, comment templates, and code-check workflows that form the substance of the Ichi platform.
Lead change management and training for plan examiners, translating complex AI capabilities into credible, actionable workflows for industry veterans.
The ideal candidate
5–10+ years of hands-on plan review experience with a background as a plans examiner, Chief Building Official, or architect.
Possession of key ICC certifications (B1/B2/B3, CBO) and a proven track record of systemizing complex processes into repeatable templates or checklists.
Experience in technology, consulting, or customer success, combined with the ability to push AI models to produce high-quality, professional outputs.
