To support its growth in the Netherlands 🇳🇱, Energy Pool is hiring a Sales Engineer (F/M) on a permanent contract for the Benelux.

Present our comprehensive range of services
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships 🤝
Ensure clear and regular communication, particularly on financial performance
Retain and renew existing contracts
Understand client needs and propose relevant additional solutions
Manage your activity through the CRM to ensure rigorous project tracking
✅ Your profile
Degree from an engineering school or business school
Strong interest in technical topics related to energy ⚡
Comfortable working in industrial and/or renewable energy environments
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in B2B business development
Strong skills in both prospecting and client retention
Comfortable with both technical and commercial negotiation 💬
Language skills:
🇬🇧 English (C1)
🇳🇱 Dutch (C1)
French would be a plus
🚗 Mobility
Frequent travels are expected (approximately 30% of the time) at both regional and national levels.
