Agentic Solution Architect / Tech Lead

We are looking for an Agentic Solution Architect / Tech Lead to join our team and help build an AI-native PDLC framework — embedding AI across the product development life cycle. This role is part of an initiative to bring AI expertise into the SDLC and product development, shaping how intelligent agents and automation transform the way products are designed, built, and delivered.
This is a fully remote position that offers you the flexibility to work from any location in Armenia, whether it's your home or well-equipped offices in Yerevan or Gyumri.
Responsibilities
Architect and lead the development of an AI-native PDLC framework tailored to the product ecosystem
Design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate and enhance stages of the product development life cycle
Define technical vision, architecture, and best practices for embedding AI capabilities into SDLC workflows
Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to identify high-impact opportunities for agentic solutions
Guide and mentor engineers on agent design patterns, orchestration, and integration strategies
Establish evaluation frameworks to measure the performance, reliability, and safety of AI agents
Drive proof-of-concepts and iterate rapidly from prototype to production-grade agentic systems
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AI-driven technical solutions
Champion adoption of AI-DLC methodologies across teams and contribute to organizational AI maturity
Requirements
7+ years of experience in software architecture, solution design, or technical leadership roles
Expertise in AI agents development, including design, orchestration, and deployment of agentic systems
Proficiency in AI-DLC (AI Development Life Cycle) methodologies and their application within product development
Background in embedding AI capabilities into SDLC and product development workflows
Capability to lead cross-functional teams and drive end-to-end delivery of AI-native frameworks
Understanding of modern architectural patterns for scalable, production-grade AI systems
Strong communication skills to align technical vision with business stakeholders and mentor engineering teams
English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
