Application Support Engineer

Job Description
Hand on experience on Windows OS and Windows Server OS
Good knowledge with hands on experience of monitoring tools like
Azure Application Insight, PagerDuty, Zabbix, System Walker or
similar tools
Working knowledge of SQL commands such as SELECT, JOIN, and
WHERE to support day-to-day application support tasks
Good understanding of at least one of the Cloud technologies (Azure,
AWS, GCP etc.) with hands on experience
Good to have Japanese Language skill set
Fundamental knowledge of Linux, including working with terminal
commands, checking system logs etc
Knowledge of ITIL (Incident Management, Change Management, SLA,
Ticketing tools such as Service Now, Backlog etc)
Basic Knowledge of SDLC, STLC
Excellent documentation skills using Google Docs, MS Excel, and MS
Word
Excellent written & spoken communication skills (English)
Willingness to work in rotational shifts

1st Shift: 5:30 am to 2:30pm
2nd Shift: 1:30pm to 10:30pm

There will be rotational shifts. Shifts change tentatively after a month’s gap
depending upon the work situation.
