Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement & Footfall Development
 Plan and execute regular customer engagement initiatives, workshops, product showcases,
design sessions, and networking events.
 Develop and maintain a monthly store activation calendar to increase visibility and drive
walk-ins.
 Build relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, and key
influencers in the local market.
 Coordinate with marketing teams for local campaigns, promotions, and lead-generation
activities.
 Create a vibrant and engaging store environment that encourages repeat visits and referrals.
2. Design Consultation & Solution Selling
 Act as a design advisor for visitors by providing recommendations on laminates, veneers,
decorative surfaces, and coordinated material solutions.
 Guide customers in selecting products based on aesthetics, functionality, application areas,
and project requirements.
 Conduct design presentations and product demonstrations for architects, designers, and end
consumers.
 Showcase material combinations and application possibilities across residential, commercial,
hospitality, and institutional projects.
 Promote the usage of digital visualization and design tools available within the store.
3. Architect & Interior Designer (AID) Relationship Management
 Develop and nurture a strong network of Architects and Interior Designers.
 Conduct regular follow-ups and project tracking with key influencers.
 Identify upcoming projects and generate specification opportunities.
 Position the store as a preferred design destination for the professional design community.
 Organize exclusive engagement programs and knowledge-sharing sessions for AIDs.
4. Lead Management & Business Generation
 Capture, track, and monitor all walk-ins, inquiries, design consultations, and project leads.
 Maintain an effective lead management process to ensure timely follow-up and closure.
 Work closely with sales teams to improve conversion rates through structured interventions.
 Generate business opportunities through systematic customer follow-ups, relationship
management, and project tracking.
 Monitor lead funnel performance and provide actionable insights to improve business
outcomes.
5. Smart Lab & Experience Center Utilization
 Drive adoption of the store's design visualization and experience tools.
 Demonstrate design combinations, room visualizations, and material applications using
digital platforms.
 Encourage visitors to utilize available design technologies for informed decision-making.
 Enhance customer experience through technology-enabled consultation and design support.
6. Store Operations & Visual Excellence
 Ensure highest standards of store presentation, hygiene, and operational discipline.
 Maintain product displays, mock-ups, sample libraries, and design zones in excellent
condition.
 Ensure timely opening, closing, maintenance, and upkeep of the store.
 Monitor inventory of samples, brochures, marketing collateral, and display materials.
 Ensure compliance with company policies, reporting requirements, and operational
processes.
7. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
 Prepare and submit periodic reports covering footfalls, leads, conversions, business
generated, customer engagement activities, and market feedback.
 Track store performance metrics and recommend corrective actions where required.
 Maintain accurate customer and project databases.
Experience
 5–8 years of experience in retail, interior products, decorative surfaces, building materials,
furniture, or design-led customer engagement roles.
 Prior experience in laminates, veneers, plywood, furniture fittings, decorative panels, paints,
ceramics, or related categories will be preferred.
