Role Description The Soft Skill Instructor role at Where U Elevate® is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The instructor will design and deliver soft skills training sessions and workshops for students and professionals participating in hackathons, hiring campaigns, and other platform programs. Responsibilities include developing training materials, lesson plans, and interactive activities that build communication, collaboration, leadership, and professional behavior. The role involves assessing participant progress, providing constructive feedback, and coordinating with internal teams and partner institutions to align training content with program objectives. The instructor will also support continuous improvement of training methodologies, contribute to curriculum development, and help create a positive, motivating learning environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
Candidates should possess Sports Coaching and Physical Education skills to incorporate experiential and activity-based learning approaches.
Candidates should possess Baseball or other team sports experience that supports teamwork, discipline, and leadership development.
Candidates should possess facilitation, presentation, and workshop design skills for delivering effective soft skills programs.
Relevant experience as a trainer, coach, educator, or soft skills instructor, preferably working with students and early-career professionals.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, Sports Science, or a related field; advanced certifications in training or coaching are an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple training batches, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a learner-centric mindset, with interest in innovation, technology, and career development.
