Role Description This is a full-time Inside Sales Specialist role based in Gurugram, structured as a hybrid position with a combination of office and work-from-home days. The Inside Sales Specialist will engage with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and digital channels to promote HT Media Group’s portfolio of media and digital solutions. Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting needs-based conversations, presenting suitable offerings, and managing the sales pipeline to achieve revenue and conversion targets. The role will also focus on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery. The specialist will document interactions in CRM tools, prepare periodic sales reports, and contribute feedback to improve sales strategies and customer experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience managing a structured sales pipeline.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written abilities for customer interactions and internal coordination.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships and ensuring positive client experiences.
Candidates should possess basic proficiency with CRM or sales management tools and be comfortable working with data and reports.
Relevant experience in media, digital advertising, SaaS, or related industries is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Gurugram, manage priorities independently, and meet defined sales targets.
