Job Description: Field Service Engineer (Field-Based Role)
Work Type: 100% Field-Based (Client Locations)
Working Hours : Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work hours may extend based on client requirements and breakdown situations
Some Sundays may be working (Comp-off provided)

Field Reality (Important to Understand)
● Role involves frequent travel, sometimes early mornings or late nights based on client requirements

● Engineers are often the first point of response during breakdowns, requiring quick action

Eligibility Immediate / Apr-May 2026 Age Criteria Diploma / B.E. in EEE, ECE, Mechatronics or any interested candidates Below 25 years
Employment Options Candidates may choose either of the following options at the time of application:
Option 1: Interview and Employment Probation Period Salary (Probation) Salary (Post Probation) 6 Months ₹15,000 per month+ Accommodation+ Transportation+ Food Allowance ₹3,00,000 CTC per annum.
Option 2:Take home salary – 18K + Insurance+PF+ESI + Bonus+Accommodation + Transportation Accommodation
Notice Period Provided by the company Service Commitment 2 Months Minimum 2 years from date of joining Terms & Conditions:
● Submission of 10th original marksheet at the time of joining is mandatory
● Post-probation, employee must sign Non-Disclosure & Employment Agreement
