About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, support team performance, and help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
The successful candidate will coordinate team activities, monitor daily operations, resolve routine issues, and work closely with management to achieve operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily team activities and workflows
Allocate tasks and monitor progress to meet operational requirements
Support team members and provide guidance when required
Maintain workplace health, safety, and operational standards
Monitor work quality, productivity, and compliance with company procedures
Identify and report operational issues and assist with solutions
Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to management
Assist with staff training, onboarding, and performance support
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Follow company policies, procedures, and applicable workplace requirements
Requirements
2+ years of relevant supervisory, team-lead, or operational experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to organise workloads and prioritise tasks effectively
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to safety, quality, and operational standards
Relevant qualifications or industry experience will be considered depending on the role
