🚫 This is not a remote/online teaching position.
LifeX Merchant Navy is looking for passionate and dedicated Physics & Mathematics Faculty for our upcoming offline coaching centre in Dehradun.
The faculty member will be responsible for classroom teaching and mentoring students preparing for IMU-CET and Merchant Navy entrance examinations.
Responsibilities
Conduct engaging offline classroom sessions for Physics/Mathematics.
Teach concepts according to the IMU-CET syllabus and examination requirements.
Prepare students through lectures, practice questions, assignments and mock tests.
Conduct doubt-solving and individual academic guidance.
Track student performance and provide regular feedback.
Develop/review study material, MCQs and test papers.
Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
Coordinate with the academic team for lesson planning and student progress.
Requirements
Strong command of Physics or Mathematics.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in the relevant subject preferred.
Teaching/coaching experience is preferred.
Good communication and classroom-management skills.
Knowledge of IMU-CET / Merchant Navy entrance preparation will be an advantage.
Candidates should be willing to work from our Dehradun centre on a full-time basis.
Important
This position is strictly for an on-site faculty role at our Dehradun centre. Remote/online faculty applications are not applicable.
Salary
₹40,000+ per month, depending on experience and subject expertise.
