Physics Faculty – Merchant Navy Coaching

About the Role
Lifex Merchant Navy is looking for an experienced and passionate Physics Faculty to join our offline coaching team at our Dehradun centre.
The faculty will be responsible for teaching Physics to Class 11th and 12th students preparing for IMUCET and Merchant Navy entrance examinations. We are looking for someone who can explain concepts clearly, build strong fundamentals, and help students achieve strong academic results.
Responsibilities
• Teach Physics to Class 11th and 12th students through classroom-based sessions.
• Prepare students for IMUCET and Merchant Navy entrance examinations.
• Explain concepts with practical examples and exam-oriented approaches.
• Prepare and conduct tests, assignments, MCQs and practice sessions.
• Analyse student performance and provide individual academic guidance.
• Help students strengthen their numerical problem-solving and conceptual understanding.
• Maintain a structured, disciplined and engaging classroom environment.
• Collaborate with the academic team to improve study material and teaching strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics or a relevant field.
• 2–3+ years of teaching experience preferred.
• Strong command of Physics concepts.
• Experience teaching Class 11th and 12th Physics.
• Experience with competitive/entrance exam preparation will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and classroom teaching skills.
• Ability to motivate and mentor students.
• Candidates willing to work from our Dehradun centre.
