IT Executive

This role involves supporting day-to-day IT operations, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems. The IT associate will provide user support, manage Windows-based systems, assist with user accounts and access, and troubleshoot network and technical issues. The role will also involve maintaining IT documentation, supporting data backup and security procedures, and coordinating with external vendors when required.
Qualifications
Experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar IT role.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware, software, and basic networking.
Experience in troubleshooting desktop, laptop, and other IT-related issues.
Knowledge of user account management, access control, and basic network security.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, cloud applications, and common business software is preferred.
Ability to diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions to users.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain IT records and documentation.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
