Montcure, LLC is an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business providing financial management, audit readiness, internal controls, data analytics, and program support services to federal clients within the Department of Defense and civilian agencies. The organization supports a Department of Defense health program dedicated to wounded, ill, and injured service members and their caregivers.
About the Opportunity:
The CASE MANAGEMENT ANALYST is responsible for executing individual case actions such as disenrollment, re-enrollment, deferment determinations, and duplicate-case decisions within a strict one-business-day timeframe. The role ensures adherence to written decision rules, accurate documentation of applied rules and evidence, management of the program mailbox and case intake queue, monitoring of case timeliness, and verification of separation dates against personnel records. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining timely and accurate case processing for the health program.
Responsibilities:
Execute case actions within a one-business-day timeframe including disenrollment, re-enrollment, deferment determinations, and duplicate-case decisions
Apply written decision rules and document the rules and evidence used for each determination
Manage the program mailbox and case intake queue
Monitor cases to meet established timeliness goals
Verify separation dates using personnel record sources
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years experience applying written eligibility or procedural rules to individual cases
Proven ability to meet a one-business-day action standard
Experience documenting determinations, including rule application and evidence
Experience managing a shared mailbox or case intake queue
Experience coordinating record corrections with external organizations
Demonstrated sound judgment when handling sensitive individual case information
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Salary range: $60,000 to $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications
