Product Designer

Role overview
We’re looking for a Product Designer who cares deeply about the craft of digital products,
someone with a sharp eye for UI, strong visual judgement, and the ability to turn complex
problems into simple, polished experiences.
Job description
3–5 years of experience designing digital products, ideally in a product-led environment.
A portfolio that demonstrates strong UI craft, not just process or wireframes.
Excellent visual judgement across typography, spacing, layout, colour, hierarchy and
interaction states.
Good understanding of design systems — including variables, tokens, components, variants
and reusable patterns.
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with product, engineering,
marketing and compliance teams.
Good to have
Hands-on experience owning or contributing to a design system.
Experience defining variables, tokens or component architecture in a live product.
Experience in fintech, wealth management, investing or another complex domain.
Comfort with responsive design and designing for multiple breakpoints.
A strong understanding of accessibility and production constraints.
Curiosity about AI-native products and new interaction patterns.
