We're Hiring: Backend Engineer (Remote)
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time
At BangoPure Limited, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Backend Engineer to join our growing global team. If you enjoy designing scalable backend systems, building high-performance APIs, and leading technical initiatives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Backend Software Engineering or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Solid experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and database optimization techniques.
• Experience working with Apache Kafka or similar event-streaming platforms.
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Proven expertise in System Design, scalability, performance optimization, and highly available systems.
• Experience implementing security best practices, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
• Demonstrated leadership experience including mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and contributing to technical decision-making.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
• Experience with GraphQL and API Gateway technologies.
• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Experience with messaging systems such as Apache Kafka.
• Knowledge of Observability and Monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience contributing to architecture discussions and technical strategy.
